US Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. If an order is placed on the weekend and/or holiday, please allow 3-5 business days from the subsequent business day. During the holiday periods, please be advised that there may be delays with processing and shipping.

Returns

No online purchases made from nightsweats.com may be returned or exchanged unless delivered defective, in which case, you must contact us with two pictures displaying the defect within 14 days of delivery. Once verified by our team, we will pay for postage for return shipping and process a full refund, minus original shipping costs, within 3-5 business days. If the item is to be exchanged, the buyer will be responsible for the new shipping costs for delivery.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Otherwise, all sales are final and an order cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
